Just is just terrible! I am having the exact same issue. Never had any of these problems with virgin. Sky is terrible. Constant issues online and logging in and making orders. Always "oops something went wrong" or "sorry this page is restricted". Can't even get my sky stream box onto the TV because I cannot activate it. Pathetic. I think I'm going to cancel, as I still have 14 days, and go with BT. Virgin isn't available in my new area I live.

I've also go this problem too. Can't download anything on skygo. Says I need to set up device pin. When I go to manage sky stream in product settings I get "This page is restricted

Sorry, you cannot view this page." Message. 

I've never missed a payment. What is going on?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@OakwoodFL Slightly different issue as it's a page restricted rather than services restricted problem. Sky will be able to put this right if you give them a call.
