My account is suspended and I can’t call the number

I can't call the number given to me as my account is suspended and that's my only phone number.

You won't be able to call Sky until you've paid what you owe and have set up another payment method.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method. Restrictions will have been applied automatically so agents can’t override this process.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. Also it’s worth noting that if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

On rare occasions they will allow you to carry over up to £25 to the next month but that will be based on your previous payment history. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You might need to make a payment to clear the outstanding bill first so have you tried this and then tried changing the payment method ?

So far as I'm aware, you should still be able to call on 150 to pay the outstanding bill. Or pay online via Sky.com, if you can't pay via the app.

I can't do this either. It's urgent I lost my other phone and I need this phone number to login to NHS for my diabetes

Do you not have access to another mobile that you can use to call Sky on as your options here appear limited without one.

I don't, no. I live alone and am very ill. I can't call anyone. And I am awaiting a call from the doctors which is very important.

It does seem rather odd that you can't successfully call when the message on the app advising you of the restriction invites you to do so on the number specified.

 

How overdue is your account? The only thing I can think of is that your account has been cancelled?
