My account is sayings it’s suspended that I owe money but I don’t owe anything

Having issues with my online account it saying I'm suspended and need to reactivate services. I don't understand why tho I don't owe any money.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
