My account is not authorised to access my sky app

Can someone please help and / or advise?

 

I am unable to access Sky VIP online. It says I am ineligible.

 

I am unable to access Sky VIP on the Sky App - it says my account is not aithorised.

 

I have had an account for I think 26 years.

 

Can someone fix this for me please?

Have you ever left and then returned to Sky ?

Never left Sky.

 

I have been a customer for 24 years.

 

I've never been able to use the App not access to the VIP rewards.

No, when I click the link to the bill, it just says that the page is restricted. I have been a sky customer for many years and have never left. I have tried resetting my password but this has not helped.

I have the same problem.

 

I was (and still am) a SKY broadband customer, I added SKY Stream and have been unable to access either MySky App or  my account details/billing ever since.

 

I phoned up and was told my account would be reset and to wait 72 hours (a couple of weeks back) but that has made no difference..... MySky asks for my postcode and then 2 digits from my credit card and then says the information is invalid.   On the phone it was confirmed that the credit card details were correct and the agent used them to verify me.

 

Trying to access bills from the link above just says:

 

"This page is restricted"

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm having the same issue. Been trying all day to find a way to fix the problem and just get sent in circles. 20+ years as a sky customer but apparently don't have any products?

This is stopping me from fixing the problem with my sky glass tv, also.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Similar here @HMKH, if I select "Your products" it says I  have no products - but if I go to "product settings" it lists broadband and Streaming TV - if I try and then manage the streaming TV I get Oops there has been a problem, if I try to access billing, it says "this page is restricted"

 

...and of course to exacerbate everything, having reset the SKY Streaming puck as advised today, I now cannot reactivate it as the activation page says "Oops there has been a problem"  which I am fairly sure is linked to this.   Nobody at SKY seems to be able to understand and fix the issue.
