The app won't let me replace my old account with my new one so I'm unable to see bills etc. can anyone from Sky assist?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you used the same email address as a comminication/household address for both accounts, if you have then you will need to remove it from the old account first as it should then free it up to be used only with the new one:

Thanks. I tried that and it takes me back to the old account. Tried calling sky but no luck.
