The app won't let me replace my old account with my new one so I'm unable to see bills etc. can anyone from Sky assist?

Have you used the same email address as a comminication/household address for both accounts, if you have then you will need to remove it from the old account first as it should then free it up to be used only with the new one:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

If you have set up a new Sky ID then you could delete then install the app again as you should then be able to login to it with your new account.

Thanks. I tried that and it takes me back to the old account. Tried calling sky but no luck.
