My Sky and BOT lack of information

My Sky has a manage your program page, problem is you can't , the BOT  is a joke  it can't  understand ' Cancel  my TNT subscription request ' all sorts of stupid links none of which support the cancellation question !

WHY is it so bloody difficult to do the basics , to management page you can't manage is incompetence,, my Sky app is not customer friendly unless you want to buy something !

All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Are you billed via Sky for TNT or Bt/TNT for access to the channels ?
