After an hour and a half and dealing with 9-10 different agents, my issue still not resolved.
I have a 6 month free trial of Paramount+ showing in my app, valid until 10/9.
I have tried to redeem this (last week) with no joy at all.....get through to the billing part on the Paramount+ app, but it then only offers a 7 day free trial and nothing more.
I have been liaising with Paramount + directly (as advised on the My Sky page) and they have now told me (following screenshots of my unique link to access the offer and Sky VIP page) that my link has been registered to an e-mail address that has nothing to do with me or my family.
Sky have said they can't do anything, and that was after Paramount told me to deal with Sky because my offer had been redeemed already....by someone else.
Can anyone at all help with this?

@Bizzi1 if you have already spoken to both Paramount and Sky I'm not sure we can be of any help.

OK - got this sorted, if you want this, you will probably have to be quick.
So, the link that gets generated was already linked to another email address - i'm guessing someone messed up and didn't realise that the code couldn't be used by multiple people. I got this info from Paramount, who were brilliant in getting back to me so quickly.
The way I got the 6 month trial was to email support at skyticketit.com (replace at with @ - it wouldn't allow me to type email address) and they will email you a link & code - although, you will know if the link will work if the code is present in the promotion code field in Paramount. This link expires on the 10th, so think you will have to be quick to get this deal - good luck.
btw, don't bother calling sky, the guy I spoke to was useless.
