My Refer a Friend will not open the redeem page. Just locks on an unavailable notice.

I received my Sky refer voucher by email but the 'Redeem' link doesn't connect.

Asked someone on the chat and they gave me a phone number and an email address that both turned out to be for 'Card Services' not voucher redeem.

Found an address on here - referafriend@sky.uk that just bounces back.

Any ideas anyone?

I spend about £1300.00 a year with Sky. Asking for one simple voucher for £75.00 doesn't seem much does it?
