My Bill is double the price it started at!

My Bill is double the price it was when i setup my account, i understand there are deals when an account is setup, however with no notification and only though looking at my bank account i have noticed my bill is double from when i started. Can you please look into my account and see where some improvements can be made on the price otherwise i am looking to leave, My internet is very poor, i have already had engineers out to sort this problem which worked for a couple of days then the service was the same again, i turn my wifi off so many times and see no improvement. A very unhappy cusromer please look into improving.

We are customers here so can't look at your account but from what you said your introductory discount has now ended so when you started with Sky you should have been told how long it lasted for. Time to call Sky now to see if they will offer you another discount if you agree to a new contract.

A new discounted deal is almost certainly going to be for another 24 month minimum term. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount so if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

That's entirely possible, either over several annual increases or, logically, where an initial discount was approaching 50% of normal list price.
