My Bill I have paid my bill but screen still says upgrade my subscription ..as a result no sky

Have paid my bill but no signal,message on screen states service not available  need to upgrade my subscription..Thanking you.

If you made this payment today because your services were restricted then you will also need to setup your monthly payment method again, once you have done this your services should be restored once the banks have cleared this payment you made.
