My 75 year old mum has had all her money taken by sky!

My vulnerable 75 year old mum has had her account emptied by Sky. They say she hasn't paid her full bills so they put it all together and took it all this week! 
She contacted them and they were not helpful at all. 
She has calle some in tears today. I have tried contacting them but can't get through! 
any help gratefully received!

So was she behind on her bills? 

How does she normally pay them?

Unless you know the telephone password Sky won't talk to you about your Mums account.

Has she received any letters about her billing as I would be surprised if they hadn't try to contact her about this billing issue.

Ask her if she remembers receiving a phone call claiming to be from Sky & asking her for bank details. I suspect the call wasn't actually Sky but a scammer.
