I've been charged for sky multi screen since August 2022 and I've never had sky multi screen!
I only realised when sky called me to try get my bill down. They're now refusing to refund or credit the sky multi screen, I'm now thinking to cancel sky due to this as I'm not one to get bumped a multi million pound company, I do not understand how they can charge for a product which I don't have.

This was never agreed on my package, I have never spoken with sky on the phone or online. I still have the same sky contact from when I signed up.l and never put sky back in contract. This was added when my contract ended

@Jayda03 Have you had a mini box at all, do you have the UHD add on or need to watch on a tablet/phone at home ?
Multiscreen for a period was needed to watch in UHD but this changed in 2022 or there abouts if you had a mini box then you would have needed multiscreen or the same if you didn't want a mini box but did want to watch on a phone or tablet you needed multiscreen
If you did not/do not have any of these then all you could do is make a complaint the link below explains how to do this
