I dont have a problem logging into my account. Whilst I'm in my account and select home move it tells me I need to be primary account holder...🤯

The reason I asked if you can view your bill is on the primary user can view this so can you view your online bill ?

Find out moreWe could ask Sky's messaging team to contact you about this tomorrow morning via here if you would like or if you would prefer you could call Sky to get your home move booked. The messaging team will not be able to book the move but will be able to look into why you are seeing that message. So let us know what you prefer ?

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
