You'll need to contact Sky and give notice to cancel. You may not be able to cancel if you are within a minimum term.
In terms of the new occupier you cannot transfer anything to them. They will need to make their own contact if they wish to have Sky supply them.

And note that whether or not the new occupants take any service from Sky has no bearing on your own liability for an early exit penalty.
