I am moving home on February 28th. I will not gain access to my new house until March 24th at the earliest (new build) therefore I will be in rented accommodation in between.
I need to speak to someone at Sky so that my required disconnection and then reconnection will have at least a months gap. How will Sky manage this arrangement
If you can advise I'd be most grateful

Find out moreAll you can do is to call them as think the only way to do this is to keep paying for your subscription when you move into the rented property as Sky don't allow accounts to be put on hold for any reason. Then when you have a date that is set in stone you can contact them about moving your services.
