I have been been trying to book a move of my services for a week, as im moving house, i've tried the app & web page and it just keeps showing the below *image and has done for the past 11 days, so you have to call and speak to someone, which is even more painful! 45 minutes on hold to customer services to then be told "you need to call a differnt numer" !! call the number, wait another half an hour on hold, I got through to someone in Scotland who was extremely rude, and chatting to a colleague next to him by the sounds of it, and said you need to use the app!! I requested just to cancel everything and then he just put me on hold, without saying anoything else. A very helpful lady came on and then passed me through to Sarah in the house move team, Hurray! because i was out of the house she informed me she would call in 2 hours when i was home..... no retuned call! 😞 ...that was a week ago, so going the whole process again!! Customer service it terrible! really not what i expected when paying over £110 a month for my services.
Why not just show the process and number on the website, instead of the run around, its different when you want to add a package or a new box to your account... straight through then!!
