Moved with no new address yet but want to retain my Sky account

I moved out of my ex-partner s house a couple of months back. I am the Sky account holder which is registered to that address. I want to keep my skyid but have no permanent address to transfer to currently. My ex is happy to stay with Sky as a new customer in her instance. She would want to hold onto the Sky router & pucks physically there but currently associated with my account. What is the best way to resolve this?

@MarkJOF  You would need to cancel your contract/services, assuming your outside a minimum term, and return all loaned equipment, your ex can then sign up with Sky under their name.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@MarkJOF

Before your ex can start a subscription in their own name you have to cancel you subscription and return all the loaned equipment.

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period to the address the account was registered at. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

To fully cancel your TV subscription, if your minimum term has ended you’ll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. Note that the latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. (If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term).

Select ‘No, I still need help’ at the bottom of the link which will lead to contact methods.
(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ It may include a phone number, an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ there’s a text option (Monday-Friday 9am to 4:30pm) otherwise it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

If you successfully cancel you should receive an acknowledgment email from Sky.
