You sent email saying you had now put my billing charge to invoice, as requested by me !!!! I can assure you l have not requested such, l have sent a few emails in reply to your emails but you have not replied, you have now stopped me making calls on my mobile, l am 83 yrs old, have
little understanding of technology, l need my phone, l say once again !!! l did not request my method of payment to change, please sort this problem asap as l am a little distraught .

Sky don't use email for general communication and the email sent to you was probably not from an email address that you can reply to. Try calling Sky by dialling 150 (free) from your Sky mobile and see if that still works.
