Monthly cost had doubled

Ive seen this morning that I've been charged double for my monthly subscription. Having checked, it seems im being charged twice for every add on that I have. Has anybody else had this issue?

Do these charges all cover the same date period ?

 

What shows on your next bill for them ?

They all show for the same period, and next months predicted bill is the same

All you can do is to raise this with Sky by either calling them or using one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in contact with them.
