Money you think i you

I keep getting billed for services I no longer have. I paid my last bill in September  and stopped using sky as I switched to virgin media. I also paid another payment of £50 something pounds. I also sent back the equipment that you asked for.

So why are you asking for another payment of £139.25 when I no longer use these services.

OneTouch Switch can only move phone/broadband.

 

If you had Sky TV services then you still have Sky TV services unless you have explicitly cancelled them?  (Even if you're not using them)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
