Money owing to me

How do I get money owed to me from sky, I cancelled all my sky and am owed money , they so quick to take my money for 4 years and never once did I fail to do so, but different storey getting it back, this issue has convinced me that I'm never going back.

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If it’s showing as a credit on your Sky account we can perhaps get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

Yes please this would be very helpful as it does show up on my account as a credit for future payments

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team should contact you later.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
