Someone was supposed to ring me back last Saturday after relevant information from what the man who set me up with sky you would honour and give me a refund it's a long story but I was promised a call back and had nothing no feed bsck nothing if I don't hear from sky I will be taking legal advice against sky

We're customers here. Sky won't know who you are from a forum post. Probably best to call them again.

You are only telling other Sky customers here so you will have to call yourself seeing as they haven't called you.
