Mobile bill not being paid

I recently started a mobile contract with the free sim which I haven't activated due to me having a different sim. My first payment is due 21st May which is today and hasn't gone through, I've set up direct debit and I'm just wondering if there's something I've done wrong on my end.

You haven't done anything wrong as direct debit can sometimes be taken a day or two late so what does it show via your Sky bill regarding this:
