Mobile Bill charged twice

Hi I didn't have money in my account when my bill tried to go through so I made a manual payment afterwards and then the next day I was charged again. Silly mistake but now I need a refund. How do I go about this?

When you see a credit on your account for the manual payment you made then give Sky a call who should be able to refund it to you. It should then be refunded within 3-5 working days.

Giving sky a call is impossible. Took me ten minutes just to find a phone number and now a robot is speaking to me. Is there a way to do it online?

No, you need to call on 150 from your Sky Mobile/sim.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
