Mobile Account Not Accessible

I cannot access my mobile account either in the My Sky app or in Sky.com. It appears nowhere, yet you're emailing me telling me my contract ends in February and I need to make a choice of plan but I'm unable to do so! And your "online help" chat is worse than useless.
