Missed appointment charge
Sky sent email saying I can upgrade to full fibre. Engineer was arranged. Then they said no I can't get upgrade just now as it's not available in my area and cancelled the engineer. I have now had a £25 charge for a missed engineer appointment. Getting nowhere with customer services where do I complain to over 20year sky customer and the customer services just now is shockingly poor.

Sky will then have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter.
