Miss payments

Dear Sky Customer Services,

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding issues with payments on my account. Despite ensuring that my direct debit/payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available, I have recently experienced missed payments showing on my account.

This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern, as I have always made sure that my account is kept up to date. I kindly request that you investigate why these missed payments have occurred, confirm my current account status, and ensure that no negative marks or late fees are applied as a result of this error.

Please could you provide me with:
1. A full breakdown of the payment history over the last 6 months.
2. Confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
3. Assurance that my account will not be unfairly penalised due to this matter.

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

You are not emailing Sky by posting here as this is a community where Sky customers help each other, so where you posted was where people posts issues about their Sky email accounts so your post has now been moved to a more appropriate board.

 

Have you called Sky or spoken to your bank about this ?
