Misleading set up info.

The set up info for the hub, does not make it clear that even if you connect your landline phone direct to your router thereby making it an internet phone it will still incur high call rates unless you have a specific call package.

I imagine Sky don't mention call charges because they're no different whether you have standard calls or Internet calls.

Perhaps worth noting that the call itself may well be to a cellphone or a conventional PSTN number (until 2025) and so incurs cost to the telco.  

What I would argue is misleading is that the billing for Sky Talk Internet Calls describes it as 'free' but this refers to provision of the service rather than calling.
