Misleading information on MySky home screen

When I log on the MySky I get a box telling me my contract has ended and I have been moved to a monthly rolling price. However, I renewed for 24 months on 18 May (a bit under 4 months ago). What on earth is going on, and why can I only converse with an automated bot whose options do not deal with this situation?

As long as you are being charged the correct amount each month I wouldn't worry to much about what the app does or doesn't say as you might find that one day it catches up and is correct.

Thanks for your interest. In the confirmation email sent in May Sky listed every element I can think of  and confirmed 24 months.
