Hello! I'd like to know when is expiring my minimum term of my TV contract, Where can I see it?. We started on March 2024. It's the first time and I don't remember if it was for 12, 18 or 24 months. I also have broadband and I can find it easily, but I can't find the Sky TV one.
I just want to cancel Sky TV and stay with the broadband. Thank you!!

@Josefina
Minimum term length changed in June 2024 from 18 months to 24 months so yours in likely to be 18 months.
The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

Thank you for answering! I started the contract on March 2024, before June, so I'm not sure. But the tricky thing is that I can't see it online. I'm able to see the minimun term of Broadband, but I don't know why the minimun TV contract it's not easily showed. Thanks again

you can get a rough idea from the mysky app for mobile by looking at when certain services end, be wary though as its not always correct as i know when my contract ends, which matches with the initial email and when i rang sky to cancel, but the app was stating i was in contract for longer than what the packages were saying i was in contract for
