I cancelled my Sky Contract for broadband and TV. I had until mid May to return my equipment. I returned the broadband hub in one package and all the Sky Q hub and equipment in other. I have Post Office receipts and screenshot of both saying they have been received at the other end. Sky have emailed to say they have received the broadband hub but keep emailing to say they have not received the Sky Q hub and I will be charged mid May. Don't know who to contact as I have proof it has been sent and received but their records say it has not. Any help to avoid being charged? Who can I send receipt and delivery confirmation to?

I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s more than ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
