I keep on getting a relentless pop up message saying I haven't paid for my Sky Stream service but I don't have Sky Stream!
You can't get rid of this error message unless you click three times on the X, but if you go through to the pay page thinking this isn't an error you can easily accidentally pay £74!
My direct debit for SKY Q is due on the 1st and nothing is outstanding. I have never taken out a Sky Stream subscription. I can see that even people with a mobile only contract are getting this message saying that they haven't paid for Sky Stream, as far back as April!
does anyone know how to make this go away?!
or when Sky will make it go away?
my Sky Q isn't working yet again so I'd like to switch to Stream but now while I have this error message saying I haven't paid for Sky Stream that I don't have!

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I haven't made a duplicate post - you've deleted many people replying that they have the same issue.

Thats not true at all. Eveyone who has this problem has called Sky and been gaslighted - the ONLY way to get it looked into is to raise it publicly.

And how do you come to this conclusion because as far as I can see you are the only one to have raised this particular issue on here so what did Sky say when you spoke to them ?
