Merge new order into existing sky account

I have an existing sky account and have been using recently for email only at no charge. I have placed an order for broadband which is being processed however this is not showing in my existing account. How do I link the order to my existing account?  Thanks

I placed the order over the phone but did give the same email address

Thank you. Looks like I have two user ids. I'll ask sky to merge
