Mental health issues

I suffer with a number of mental health issues (depression, anxiety, ADHD and addiction. I have missed payments on my Sky Glass and Sky Mobile accounts. Both services have been restricted. To get them reinstated I need to pay £148 on Sky Glass/TV streaming and £158 on Sky mobile. I will be paying the mobile bill in full on 12th December. I will be unable to pay the Sky Glass/TV streaming bill. How do I register my mental health needs and how do I go about asking for a payment holiday or loan extension in relation to the Sky Glass/TV streaming. Thanks.

For loan extensions you need to call Sky which will be problematic as when services are restricted any calls will only prompt you to pay.

Once payments have been cleared it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
