Hi, I still have 6 months left on my contract, my bill from march is increasing by £9 a month, other than on sky app I have had no notification, due to this increase can I cancel my contract. TIA

This is from the terms and conditions:
Prices may increase and services may vary, including during the minimum term. We will let you know about any material changes and your options before we make them.
In your minimum term, Sky TV prices may increase once every 12 months by up to 10%. These limits do not apply to other Sky services.

Thanx for the info, my current 18 month deal includes TV , phone (don't need or use) & broadband deal is £71.50 its increasing to £82, I was hoping to leave and go to Virgin as a new customer, TIA

An increase of £9 on £71.50 is more than 10% so you should be able to cancel.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ACDEAG The 10% rule is for TV only and it's no more than 10% or the increase in the UK Retail Price Index over the 12 months before we tell you about that price increase.
Sky do allow customers to cancel broadband within 30 days of being notified of a price increase regardless of %.

So I have TV, phone & broadband, 6 months left on 18 month contract, it's currently £72 .50 going up to £81.50, can I cancel my contract, I don't know which particular item is going up, it's £9 on the bill in total
