Manual payment not taken of then been billed

I got paid from work late so was late paying my bill last month it got added onto this month saying £115. When I got paid on the 2.7 I then went on and paid £59.00 which was what it would of been, this payment came out of my bank account but they didn't take it off my sky account and I have just been charged £115 so they didn't include my payment on the 2.7 and it's not showing on my account but it got paid to them and is showing on my bank statement 

will they sort this out for me as i don't have the money to be paying more then I should

Generally manual payments will count towards the next month's bill and you should not make such payments unless requested

 

Once your account shows in credit you can either leave it there for next month or request a refund.

@Dani1902  How was the payment made?  any payment through your Sky account should be credited to the account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
