Hi,
I lost my account debit card and blocked to prevent undue withdrawal. I want to make payment through another account but access is restricted.
Appreciate if the access can be granted to allow me pay accordingly.

if the latter losing your card does not impact a direct debit being taken unless the bank has also cancelled that as well
in addition can you confirm that your actual services are restricted or is just the billing page on the website
