MYSKY_1008 error when trying to upgrade to Sky Sports

After connecting to internet (which we originally thought was the issue) and then trying to upgrade to sky sports it brings up an error screen saying MYSKY_1008 and we are unable to go any further. Have tried multiple ways to connect to internet. Any ideas?

How are you trying to do this, via a Sky Q box, Sky Glass or the Sky website ?
