Unfortunately Sky won't provide extensions on subscription services. These can only be applied to any credit agreements you have with them to pay off things like phones or TVs.

The Sky process is fully automated so when your bill becomes overdue your services will be restricted.

If you pay by direct debit you get a 10 day grace period as if the first payment attempt fails Sky will try 10 days later and during this period your services will remain active.

If you pay by credit/debit card Sky will notify you if a payment fails and give you a couple of days to manually pay before the service restriction kicks in.
