Hello, I would like to have access to an old account from my skyID. However, it is no longer recognized. When I create a new account with the old email address associated with my old account, I am on a blank account. I want to find my invoices, which I only received online.
Ps: I don't remember the account number or the phone number.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you know the username for the old account (it might be this email address) and you don't know the password to login to it then try the forgotten password link here:

You can't create a new login for it as the account should still exsist using the one you used to.

Yes, I reset my password but when I connect to this account, its like new account, it gives me an empty account. I don't have access to my old bills etc..
I used the email that was linked to my old account

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:
