Logged in but can't access account

I'm trying to update my payment method.  I can log into my account, but then I get an error message saying "This page is restricted" when I try to access billing/products etc.

 

Spent ages with the virtual assistant which was mind-bleedingly frustrating and now hoping I can get help from a real human!

aha I linked my sky iD and now I am sorted
