Linking broadband and mobile to my account
I've been with sky mobile for 5 years and updated my new email address to my account, I've recently got broadband as well and the accounts won't link up in my app I have to sign back in and out with old and new email address to check both

You might be able to link both to your Sky ID as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services
