Linked account address shown on my bill
Hello, for some years my fathers account has been linked with mine as it is easier for me to manage than him. Whenever I download my bill it shows his address details and not mine, it is definately my bill though.
I cannot see anything as to why this is or how to change, hence why I am asking here. For context I can claim my broadband through work but they need a bill each month. All very confusing when it's not my name on the bill!

If you live at a different address then you will need to set yourself up your own ID to access your account, this will mean that you will need to use a different email address:

If yje address on the downloaded bill is your Dads then I would be surprised if it is your bill due to the fact you live elsewhere and you must have different account numbers.

Hello @caesarome , thanks for the quick reply. Both dad and I have our own ID's, email addresses and account numbers which makes it even more odd that this is happening.
It is 100% my bill as the packages are very different.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
