Link to sign credit agreement not working

I get the alert t sign my credit agreement but it just takes me to the sky home page. This happens when I do it through the app, the email and by just going directly to the website and signing in. There seem to be SO MANY posts with other customers experiencing the same problem as far back as 2021, how is this still happening??

Your credt agreement should be in your message centre under contracts so does this link work:

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thank you.

The problem has been resolved. 

 

I contacted customer service.

 

It transpired that my credit agreement / mobile account had been linked to my new skyID as well as an old SkyID which was linked to an old email address. Although the message to sign my credit agreement popped up on when I logged into my new ID, I needed to log in to my old account in order to actually access and sign it.

 

I hope this helps anyone who has this problem in the future.
