Link sky id to account

signed up for a Sky Broadband Full Fibre package.

I created a new account with the same email address as I used to sign up, but I can't find a way of associating the account. 

how to link sky id to account? I dont have aky account number. With bank details also not working. Im getting only text messages on my phone from sky. Im already set up a hub ant its working.
