I recently set up a contract for Sky broadband - then a few weeks later joined Sky for TV (Q) however i cannot see what bills are coming out etc as when i log into my Sky ID it only shows broadband - is there a way of linking both together? its all in the same name same address etc

im not wanting to complete and order and when I log in it's showing my account number (I have the same account number for sky Q and for Sky broadband) but on my Sky ID it's only saying bb&talk
That is an odd error message so I would call Sky to speak to their ID team about this.

Nope afraid that doesn't work! The worst part about is it sky "gave"
us "free" cinema and sport for a month - they emailed to say it's coming to an end and will auto renew on a contract unless I click a link - clicked the link and you guessed it "can't complete order" it's almost a scam so I can see my sky q bills
So the ID team couldn't help you with this is that was you are saying ?

Nope no response they said they will try and work to link the accounts but noones has come back to me! I don't even have the account number ! So frustrating as it looks like they are going to extend a free trail to a contract as I can't cancel
