Link mobile account to Sky ID

I can't see my mobile accounts on My Sky. I called and got a link to link the accounts and all was fine but all of a sudden it's gone! I tried the linking link again and it tells me they're already linked yet I cannot see any Sky mobile info.  Don't know what to do!

Are you logged into the MySky app wth the correct details/email address ?

Yes, all is the same (showing my TV and broadband bills) but the Mobile section that I recently linked has disappeared.
