Length of add-on contract

I'm 12 months into a 24 month contract and want to add multi-room to my package.

It says multi-room is a 24 month contract. Would I have to continue paying for this after my current contract expires in 12 months?

how does it work if the main contract ends but you're still under contract for the add on?

Hi @libbybrylowski   You would have to pay the 12 months Multiscreen subscription if you cancelled your base subscription.

I could be wrong but I think don't think you can cancel the base subscription (i.e. Signature/Essentials) if you have multiroom.  (So that base package would continued at non-discounted rate unless you agree a new combined term/rate)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
