Left EE while still in contract SKY said they pay most of disconnection fee have a bill from EE fo£2

When rejoining SKY was assured they would pay majority of broken contract with BT EE The bill is?£289 which they are taking from me on 19th Feb What do I do??

Sky offer up to £100 switching credit for Broadband and another £100 for TV if you switch to them and incurr early termination fees from your existing provider.

Bear in mind that Sky do not pay the other provider.  You have to pay your bills as normal and then apply for a Sky bill credit as per the link posted.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
