Leaving sky after 25 years . Terrible customer service
After 25 years with Sky im thinking of leaving due to the worst customer service i have ever received and after 1 hour on the phone today nothing is resolved.
Im scottish and a pensioner and cant understand the indian agents at all and csnt get any help fromthem at all and im passed from wrong section to wrong section continuessly and dint know what to do next. I asked to speak to an english agent and was called a racists which is rediculous as i dont understand them in India. What can i do if i cant understand customer support when i have a problem.

All calls go through to the next available agent wherever they are based.

What do i do if i cant understand customer services if i have a problem. Its impossible if i cant understand them.
